Job Description: Arctic Guides - Seasonal, temporary contract 1 November 2026 - 31 March 2027. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide groups of tourists on Snowshoes tour, Cross-Country skis, Reindeer Feeding & Storytelling and Northern Lights Watch. Provide guests with information about the Northern Lights, the arctic nature and its surroundings and the cultural and historical background of our fjords. Assist guests with photography tips and techniques to help them capture stunning images of the Northern Lights. Prepare and serve hot drinks, snacks and traditional lunch such as bidos for some tours. Start and manage a campfire when needed, ensuring safety and a comfortable experience for guests. Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during tours. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Stay informed about current Northern Lights forecasts and local weather conditions. What We Offer: Training and support. Opportunities for personal and professional growth. Photography skills, with the ability to teach and assist guests in capturing high-quality photos. Especially night photography Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, but not required.
