We are guided by the following set of values and behaviors–optimism, integrity, excellence, inclusion, co-creation and boldness–and look forward to hearing about how your past experiences align with them.     Position Summary and Key Responsibilities    The  Associate  supports the day-to-day planning, coordination, and operational delivery of LA28’s Mascot and Education Programs, with potential support across OFX initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs are well-organized, data-driven, and executed efficiently through strong project coordination, timeline management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.   Role reports into Director - Brand Strategy, Mascot & Education.   Key Responsibilities Project Management & Operational Planning   Manage   the  build  and  continuous optimiz ation  of project management plans , integrated timelines, and Gantt charts under the direction of Mascot and Education Program Leadership Drive project  activities , timelines, milestones, and work plans across multiple program areas   Manage and c onsolidate   vendor-provided schedules and timelines into integrated internal program timelines and translate external milestones into clear internal work plans   Monitor  vendor timelines to  identify  risks, misalignment, or feasibility concerns, and flag recommended adjustments  to ensure key milestones are achieved   Organize and synthesize data  from multiple sources  to support planning, execution, and leadership decision-making   Operational Tracking & Reporting   D esign and  m aintain   project  trackers , planning documents,  and shared documentation systems   Prepare weekly and ad-hoc status reports for leadership  that clearly communicate progress, risks, upcoming milestones, and key decisions -  ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency   Track changes to project schedules  and  vendor timelines and internal schedules , ensuring impacts are documented properly   Maintain version control and documentation for timeline updates, approvals, and any other documents as needed   Cross-Functional Coordination   Own  communication  and information sharing across internal teams,  vendors , and other  key stakeholders   S chedule and support project meetings, including  note-taking , action-item tracking, and follow-up   Design   and manage  document  sharing  processes  across working groups   Build strong working rel
