Associate Producer Job Description The Associate Producer is responsible for working with the team to assist in translating creative ideas and briefs into project plans and deliverables for small-scale live events, brand activations, and pop-ups within budget and schedule parameters.    Duties & Responsibilities For small-scale projects: Oversee the management and delivery of projects, ensuring consistently high standards throughout Scope out projects based on initial briefs, building teams, sourcing vendors, creating project plans and budgets accordingly Act as a day-to-day contact for client project leads, managing their needs and maintaining WPP Productions relationships Build, manage and reconcile project budgets – managing both client expectations and WPP Production’s margin targets Lead internal process requirements for project delivery, including managing project folders, vendor set up and payments Manage project teams, overseeing the quality and timeliness of their work and ensuring their time spent is budgeted accordingly In coordination with the other members of the team, to research, appoint and manage suitable vendors to assist in the delivery of projects Lead the production team onsite including, but not limited to client management, onsite schedule ownership and oversight of all production and delivery, daily reports to client and internal team Debrief projects to ensure postmortem learning and future business development  Line Produce/assist on elements of the production of large-scale events under Senior / Executive Producers Travel is required and typically over weekends and some holidays Fully understand and implement greater Agency Process Contribute to growing a healthy company culture and always looking to improve our communication and processes Consider and actively pursue sustainability practices within our projects as best we can  #LI-Hybrid #LI-KF1   The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range as listed below.
