Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Specialist / Azure DevOps Engineer What You Will Work On Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Build and optimize YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines Implement DevSecOps principles across software development and operations Integrate automated security controls into CI/CD workflows Configure and maintain SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management Integrate security tools and frameworks into development pipelines Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates Support container-based application deployment and platform automation Improve deployment automation, monitoring, and release processes Drive continuous improvements in DevSecOps practices and cloud security Coach development teams on secure software delivery methodologies Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and Agile Release Train activities Manage cross-team dependencies within complex delivery environments Evaluate and recommend new DevSecOps technologies and tools Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices What You Bring Several years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps within complex enterprise environments Deep expertise in Azure DevOps Strong experience with both YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines Extensive knowledge of CI/CD security best practices Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates Experience working with container-based platforms and deployments Strong collaboration skills with development, operations, and security teams Excellent communication and coaching abilities Experience working within SAFe Agile or similar Agile frameworks Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken Proactive, structured, solution-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
