Job Summary: The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the bars are set-up and ready for the event, assisting customers and employees should there be any issues, and verifying the closing of the bar is complete; including but not limited to end of event inventory reconciliation, the bar is clean and ready for next event, and any reorders are submitted for restock. The supervisor ensures fast and efficient sale of alcohol beverages to patrons at concession stands located throughout the arena. The role will require accurate point of sale (POS) system use, filling orders, and compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards. Job Functions: Specific duties included but are not limited to: Practice proper product control and handing of all inventory and equipment Fill orders for beverages restock when necessary Ensure all alcohol beverages are served in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Understand and execute responsible alcohol service Follow all sale handling procedures by policy. Manage all sales in the Point of Sales (POS) system. Ensure cleaning duties are performed before, during, and after every shift. Participate in the set-up
