About the team Within Tech & Data, you will join our ServiceNow team, responsible for continuously improving our ServiceNow platform and supporting different business domains with smart, scalable solutions. The team works closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Process Owners, Architects, Developers, and external partners to improve processes and deliver solutions that create real value. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who enjoys connecting business needs with technology. In this role, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions are aligned with business objectives and platform best practices. You will analyse processes, gather requirements, and help translate business challenges into clear solutions.
