What you'll be doing We're in the process of scaling Sama and our success starts with creating meaningful conversations with prospective customers. As an BDR, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities within HR/Talent/Learning & Development leaders in English speaking markets (US, Canada, UK). You'll own the top of the funnel, identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers and booking high-quality meetings. Your responsibilities will include: Leverage Sama’s AI tool to tailor outreach Building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn  Engaging prospective customers and uncovering business challenges and opportunities Maintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM Collaborating closely with team members to optimise outreach strategies and messaging Continuously testing and refining prospecting approaches to improve conversion rates Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets What you'll need to succeed Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written.
