Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed. Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and the client’s specific requirements. Carry out pre-operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use. Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas. Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately. Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork. Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed. Requirements Secondary school education or equivalent technical qualifications. National Crane Operator Certification or equivalent recognition. Experience operating cranes in a variety of environments, preferably in offshore settings. Understands safety regulations and best practices for lifting operations. Ability to communicate effectively within a team and during operations. Should be an Azerbaijan national. Availability for flexible working hours and traveling to different project sites as required.
