In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing technical recruiting team that partners closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Hardware, and our leadership team to attract exceptional talent and accelerate innovation. You are both a strategic talent leader and an operational builder - equally comfortable shaping long-term workforce strategies, coaching recruiters, and diving into complex searches yourself when needed.
