ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  include but are not limited to:   Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values   Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates   Interact s  professionally and timely with  internal and external  clients via email ,  phone  and in-person   Marketing/RFPs: Prepares  and manages  RFP for all  self-funded TPA and stop loss   submissions to market with  Client   Executive direction   Collect s , manage s,  and review s  proposals  on self-funded TPA and stop loss marketing events   Update s  marketing results into spreadsheet ensuring  accuracy  to be used internally and in client presentation   Renewals:   Initiate s  review of fully insured  medical ,  and self-funded TPA and   stop   l oss  renewals ,  including  plans, cost ,   contributions  and contract terms   Provide s  recommendations to  client  regarding  renewal  analysis   Partnership & Negotiation   Negotiate s  with carriers based on  client’s targeted goals   Maintain s  ongoing relationship s  with carrier and vendor partners   Underwriting & Analysis: P r ovides analysis for benchmarking, contribution, disruption, network, stop loss deductible and  GeoAccess  analysis   Provide s  underwriting  cost projections for self-funded  medical/Rx, dental,  and  vision  products.   Develops and communicates self-funded  IBN P analysis  to client   Assesses proper  risk and funding structures such as  fully insured vs. self-funded analysis,  and presents findings to client to align with client goals   Reporting: With minimal guidance,  a nalyze s  data for inconsistencies and trend s   Provide s  a written and oral summary of findings to  Client Executive   B uild s  and customize s  reports to fit client needs   Presentation: Prepare s  client presentation s  and present s   i n   front of  client  with provided  direction  from  Client Executive   Training & Mentorship   Provides mentorship to  analysts  and  performs  technical review of work     REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS  include but are not limited to:   4+   years  of similar or related experience   Prefer college graduate,  4 -year degree or equivalent experience   Proficiency  with MS Office Suites   Attain s  Life and Health license & maintain s  through continuing education requirements   Limited travel required (less than 25%)   U nderstand s  concepts of underwriting and actuarial computations   Analyze s  and interpret s  data   Effectively manages multiple projects while meeting timelines   Ability to be firm and persuasive when needed, while maintaining good relationships   Handle s  confidential information with tact and discretion   #LI-JS1 Salary Range $75,000 — $113,000 USD Compensation & Benefits Being a part of IMA has its benefits.
