And we are just getting started.   YOUR MISSION 🫵 The Founder's Associate will work hand-in-hand with the founders to solve the company’s most pressing challenges, no matter how big or small. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly impact Tilt’s success. You thrive on getting things done, even in the midst of chaos, and excel at finding creative solutions. You’ll work across all facets of the business, whether it’s diving deep into data analysis, leading strategic projects, or supporting high-stakes discussions in the boardroom. We’re seeking someone who’s hungry, driven, and excited to help shape the future of fashion.
