Hear why on LSVP Investment Memo . Role Summary We're looking for an FP&A Manager to own the analytical backbone of a rapidly growing AI-enabled insurance distribution platform. You'll own budgeting, monthly business reviews, and long-term/cash flow modeling, and perform financial analysis  — partnering directly with leadership to help steer the business, while our outsourced accounting partner continues to own monthly close and day-to-day bookkeeping. This role suits someone from an investment banking, consulting, or FP&A background who wants real ownership over how we understand and plan the business, not just execution of an existing process. Key Responsibilities Finance Leadership & Operations Build and manage the annual budget and ongoing budget-to-actual tracking Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review (MBR) for the group and a growing number of subsidiaries  Own long-term financial modeling  Cash flow modeling and forecasting Prepare investor and lender reporting Partner with our outsourced accounting provider (FR) on monthly close and integration items as needed Lead special financial investigations and ad hoc analysis across the portfolio when something needs to be understood quickly What you bring / core competencies 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A Strong financial modeling and analytical toolkit Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes Comfortable operating with limited structure and building process from scratch Deep understanding of budgeting, long-term/cash flow modeling, and business reporting AI experience is a strong plus What makes you successful in this role You're an A-player with high energy and a builder mentality — you see this as an opportunity to grow, not just a job to fill You're hands-on by default and comfortable operating in ambiguity You enjoy building structure where little exists — and doing it fast You communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance sta
