Our services include Golf Coaching, Fitness Training, Recovery, Custom Club Fitting, and Building. Position Summary: UGP is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals deeply passionate about golf and fitness to join our team as Golf Fitness Trainers. As a Golf Fitness Trainer, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities designed to optimize our clients' golf performance and overall well-being. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting Private 1-on-1 Training Sessions: Delivering comprehensive 45-minute training sessions tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. Performing In-Depth Assessments and Performance Testing: Conducting thorough assessments and performance tests for every client to identify physical limitations and establish a baseline for improvement. Ensuring Safety and Performance Enhancement: Leading engaging, high-quality training sessions that align with the UGP philosophy. Prioritizing injury prevention while enhancing clients' golf performance. Daily Operations Support: Collaborating with the team to assist with daily facility operations, ensuring the best possible client experience. Client Management: Managing a portfolio of clients, including scheduling and frequency coordination to help them achieve their fitness and golf-related objectives. Body-Golf Swing Connection: Understanding the intricate relationship between the body and golf swing mechanics and employing strategies to enhance clients' performance. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as coaching, to optimize the overall performance and satisfaction of our clients.
