The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands on Head of Finance to join Showpo in this newly created position and play a key role in leading the transformation of Showpo's finance function. Working closely with the CEO, General Manager and Leadership Team, you will shape the financial strategy, infrastructure and governance required to support the next phase of Showpo's growth. As a key commercial partner to the business, you will provide strategic financial leadership that enables better decision-making, stronger commercial outcomes and scalable operations.  We're looking for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges and has successfully led finance transformation within private equity-backed organisations.
