About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone of our talent ecosystem in Poland. Based fully on-site in our vibrant Warsaw office, you will own the entire employee lifecycle—from seamless onboarding to compliant offboarding—ensuring a flawless administrative experience for our growing team. About the Client Our partner is a tech company building product engineering across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. They turn innovative ideas into high-performing engines and launch them at scale. As their exclusive recruitment partner, we manage their full-cycle talent acquisition. What You Will Do Request and collect necessary personal documents and data from new hires. Verify completeness and compliance of documentation with internal and legal standards. Update and maintain employee records in the HR tool - HiBob. Prepare employment contracts and annexes in line with organisational and legal requirements. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Handle administrative aspects of contract changes (e.g., promotions, salary adjustments). Manage termination processes, including documentation and offboarding steps. Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding administrative and HR matters. Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, absences, contract status) What You Bring Excellent command of English and Polish minimum level B2 Proven experience in HR administration or operations for the Polish market , preferably in an international environment. Experience with HRIS systems, HiBob will be a plus. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Proficient in Google suite, Slack. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
