Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented HSE Inspector to join our dedicated team. As an HSE Inspector, your primary focus will be to monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on our project sites. You will conduct inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with established safety standards and practices. Your contributions will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the company. Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies. Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project management. Assist in the development and implementation of HSE training programs for employees and contractors. Participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices. Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and programs across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental inspections, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.
