Assist the Industrial Relations & HSE team in daily administrative tasks and documentation. Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs and initiatives. Assist in maintaining records related to employee relations, safety compliance, and incident investigations. Support design matters for all Industrial Relations & HSE activities. Requirements Final year student or fresh graduate from Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Relations, Law, or related fields. Basic understanding of labour laws, HSE standards, and workplace safety practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang .
