You will be joining the Knowledge Management team, a specialized unit sitting within Corporate Engagement & Programs (CEP) . CEP is a highly collaborative, global department with team members spanning Bangalore, Munich, Madrid, and the US . Our Knowledge Management is fundamentally focused on a critical, forward-looking mission: bringing our vast organizational knowledge up to date across more than 20 distinct tools to ensure it is fully AI-ready . Based in our Bangalore office, you will operate in a dynamic environment characterized by extensive cross-departmental work .
The Role: As an Intern Knowledge Management Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming how our organization shares and leverages knowledge. You'll work with stakeholders across multiple departments to increase engagement with knowledge management initiatives, uncover organizational challenges, and develop innovative solutions to improve knowledge sharing. The work you’ll do:
Engage and manage stakeholder groups to support their progress and encourage participation in knowledge management initiatives
Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to group discussions and propose innovative approaches to knowledge sharing challenges
Develop and execute strategies for enabling knowledge sharing and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Identify and implement new methods to increase engagement with knowledge management posts and initiatives
Facilitate problem-sharing sessions with stakeholders and synthesize insights to drive improvements
The qualifications you need:
Actively pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Program Management, Data Analysis, or a Master of Business Administration
The Technical Edge: Proficient in Python with a deep understanding of agentic RAG architectures (embedding models, vector databases, and re-ranking)
Systemic Problem Solving: Passionate about building automated pipelines and intelligent agents to handle data sanitization, eliminating the need for manual, error-prone human tagging
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, connect complex ideas, and solve problems independently
Excellent time management and reliability in meeting commitments and deadlines
Outgoing personality with strong people engagement abilities and comfortable speaking publicly
Prior internship experience in relevant domains is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
