T1 Energy is looking to hire a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Inventory Control Associate will maintain precise, real-time inventory compliance, manage stock optimization, and assist with general warehouse operations to support our fast-paced manufacturing facility. What You’ll Do - Keep inventory system data accurate and manage real-time updates within the WMS and ERP software. - Process, pack, and ship orders accurately while ensuring all staging timelines are met. - Restock and maintain an organized inventory of orders as needed to optimize space and operational efficiency. - Inspect incoming and outgoing items for defects or damages, and report discrepancies as required. - Prepare items securely for shipping, including wrapping, labeling, and palletizing. - Strict adherence to all company warehouse procedures, safety measures, and government regulatory compliance. - Perform other operational and cross-functional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership. Who You Are - Possess strong inventory skills, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent working knowledge of warehouse data systems and standard inventory control methods. - Ability to work flexible schedules, including either day or night shift operations. - Demonstrate strong physical stamina and dexterity for work involving standing, walking, lifting, and moving heavy loads regularly. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting. - Experience utilizing ERP and WMS platforms, with proficient general computer skills. - Proven ability to adhere to employer, local, and government safety regulations (OSHA).   The T1 Way We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect.
