The purpose of role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of information systems, including but not limited to voice, data, and wireless network services. Incumbent will also be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintaining and repair of equipment which may include electronics, telecom equipment, network equipment and Computers. The IT Field Technician might be based onsite at the customer location or might be required to travel to repair, install, troubleshoot and document site specific infrastructure detail.
