We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team! The IT Support Specialist is the first line of contact for Prenuvo employees seeking technical support; ensuring that all employees are able to work effectively with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of tasks including hardware, software and cloud troubleshooting, and brings a scripting and automation mindset to recurring work.
This is a hybrid role expected to be on site at our Vancouver office location, at least 3 days a week, with additional on-site presence as needed. Candidates must live within a commuting distance to the Vancouver office location.
This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

What You'll Do
Deliver internal technical assistance for Prenuvo's end-user and server hardware, as well as enterprise cloud-based platforms and applications such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace
Install, configure, maintain and support computer systems, servers, and network equipment at clinic sites
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Maintain and update documentation related to IT infrastructure and support
Administer and maintain a mixed fleet of Windows and Mac devices using mobile device management (MDM) platforms
Build scripts and automated workflows to streamline repetitive support and provisioning tasks, reduce toil, and improve consistency of support
Uphold and reinforce Prenuvo's cybersecurity policies to help ensure systems are configured following best security practices
What You’ll Bring
At least 3 years of experience in an IT service delivery environment
Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
Experience supporting both Windows Client OS and Mac OS in an enterprise environment.
Possess an automation-first mindset with a proven ability to develop, troubleshoot, and support production scripts to eliminate manual tasks
Strong understanding of an ITSM framework (e.g. ITIL) and a track record of contributing to ITSM workflow and tooling improvements
Security-minded approach to daily work, applying industry best practices and continually seeking better ways to strengthen system security and protect customer privacy.

Expertise in enterprise Identity Management, including advanced IdP configuration, user lifecycle m
