This role serves as a first point of contact for IT support requests, assisting with hardware, software, account access, and technology setup while delivering excellent customer service.   The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working with people. Training and mentorship will be provided as you build your technical skills and grow within the Internal IT team.
