Description
About EVYD
EVYD Technology builds AI-powered healthcare products that transform population and personal health data into proactive, preventive care. Our flagship consumer health platform, BruHealth, is Brunei's national digital health app, and we partner with leading institutions across Brunei and Singapore to deliver preventive health and clinical AI initiatives. As a Product Manager at EVYD, you'll own products end-to-end, from identifying meaningful problems to launching solutions and continuously improving them - while contributing to products that make a genuine national impact.
About the role
You'll own a product area within BruHealth or our preventive health portfolio, leading it from identifying user and business needs through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with clinical partners, government stakeholders, designers, engineers, and data teams, and you'll be expected to bring structure to complex and evolving challenges. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who has built a strong foundation over the past few years and is ready to take meaningful ownership of AI-driven healthcare products.
This role reports to our Product Director and will be based in Brunei Darussalam.
Your key responsibilities include:
Own the roadmap for a product area by defining problems, establishing success metrics, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering impactful solutions
Develop clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering and design teams to execute effectively
Lead product discovery through user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis, translating insights into informed product decisions
Support the development of AI-powered product features by collaborating with engineering, medical data science, and compliance teams to ensure solutions are practical, safe, and compliant
Manage product delivery alongside engineering and QA teams by removing blockers, mitigating risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders
Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate, sharing product knowledge and best practices.
What we're looking for:
Experience
3-5 years of product management experience (or 2+ years PM with strong adjacent experience in engineering, design, data, or healthcare operations)
Demonstrated experience delivering digital products or features from discovery through launch, with measurable business or user outcomes
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear product requirements, user stories and documentation that enable cross-functional teams to deliver effectively
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to define success metrics, interpret product data, and use evidence to inform decisions
Experience working directly with engineers and designers in an agile environment
Able to manage stakeholders with competing priorities and keep things moving
Bonus: experience in healthcare, health tech, govtech, or other regulated / trust-sensitive domains
Tools
Working knowledge of:
Jira
Confluence or Notion
Markdown
Figma (for reviewing product designs and collaborating with designers)
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools
AI Experience (Preferred)
Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, or similar) to improve product discovery, documentation, analysis, prototyping, and day-to-day productivity. Experience contributing to AI-enabled product features or workflows is an advantage
What Makes You Stand Out
Regular user of AI tools to improve productivity and product delivery
Experience contributing to AI-enabled features, products, or workflow automation
Strong understanding of the opportunities, limitations, and responsible use of generative AI in real-world products
Familiarity with Brunei or Southeast Asia
