We are looking for a Mathematics and Science Teacher for an International High School based in Cixi. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting with an immediate start.   Job responsibilities Teach the school’s mathematics and Science subject to high school students utilizing US curriculum framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, record appropriate records and prepare progress reports Communicate with parents Collaborate with school administrators and peer teachers Participate in curriculum and professional development sessions Assist and coordinate activities and events inside and outside of school location Requirements Bachelor degree or above major in education or relevant At least 2 years teaching experience Additional Requirements: 2 or more years of classroom teaching experience in US curriculum Experience with English Language Learners preferred   Benefits Monthly salary is up to 25,000 to 28,000 RMB and commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance 2,500 RMB or free apartment provided Airfare Reimbursement: Airfare to China and return flight covered by the school Contract Completion Bonus Health and life Insurance Paid Vacation Professional Development: Ongoing professional development provided, including annual teacher in-service, and frequent professional development opportunities and soft learning Career advancement opportunities within the education group Holidays: We observe local national holidays and some US holidays
