Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant Workforce Transformation practice Consultant, Senior Consultant & Principal levels Location - Netherlands - This role will require you to be based in the Netherlands full time. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work culture that inspires everyone to deliver their best!  About your role  Proactively manage transformation, change and digital adoption for large scale, transformation programmes  Setting and managing change adoption criteria to achieve the desired outcomes and objectives  Be the point of contact for specific activity: communications, engagement, training or role mapping  Build and manage relationships with mid-level client managers  Contribute to business development proposals  You will be part of a larger transformation team and as a Senior Consultants you should expect to manage a workstream, country deployment or entire projects, and face off to senior leaders from the client. Requirements Have experience in delivering organisational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes. S/4 HANA experience would be advantageous. Have strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and deliverables Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency) Additional Language (including Dutch, Italian, Spanish or French) is a requirement for this role Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience  Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences  Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development  Possess outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement    Have strong business knowledge in one or more industry sectors  Are able to contribute to bid work, write proposals and deliver client presentations  Are a self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (different clients may prefer onsite, hybrid or fully remote working styles - you should be comfortable with all three of these)  Have experience of working at management level, ideally in the private sector  Willingness to travel to client's based in the Netherlands and Europe   Given that this is just a short snapshot of the role we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above.
