As a People Partner , you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Greece, supporting the full people lifecycle across a scaling international organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR for Greece, you will be a key pillar in building a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce. This is a hands-on role with strategic ambition, sitting at the intersection of local execution and broader international people strategy.
What the role involves
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner with local and international business leaders on organisational design, talent planning, and team effectiveness.
Generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support business growth and scalability.
Coach managers and leaders to build high-performing, collaborative, and accountable teams.
Drive performance management, engagement, and development initiatives across allocated business lines.
Advise on workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place for current and future business needs.
Talent, Culture & Development
Champion Super's culture and values through local activation, leadership engagement, and communication.
Identify and develop emerging talent through structured succession planning, and drive inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
Partner with leaders to create and execute individual development plans that drive growth and leadership excellence.
Change Management & Cross-Regional Collaboration
Support organisational design and change management initiatives during transformations or new market expansions.
Bridge local operations and the wider international People team, ensuring consistency and alignment in people practices.
Contribute to global HR projects and share local insights to inform broader people strategies.
Ensure accurate and compliant employment practices in line with Greek labour law, partnering with local and global teams in Payroll, Legal, and Finance.
What we are looking for
5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling, or international organisation.
Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic people decisions.
Knowledge of Greek employment law and local HR compliance requirements.
Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills across levels of seniority.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to generate insights and support decision-making.
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed, and international organisational environments.
