MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Design ad creatives (static, animated, and video) for paid channels: Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn and other. - Work with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to align creative with campaign goals and live performance data. - Analyze creative-level metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to decide what to test next. - Run your own hypothesis → variant → test → learn cycles. - Build reusable master files so iteration stays fast and clean. - Track competitor ads and emerging formats. - Contribute to a shared creative learning library - what works, what doesn't, and why.   CORE REQUIREMENTS - Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes. - Confident with a modern design + motion toolset (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator + After Effects or equivalent). - Solid typography and visual hierarchy, even in tight ad formats. - Comfortable reading paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and turning them into creative decisions. - Can produce a high volume of quality variants without the quality dropping. - Owns projects end to end - from brief to final export, on time, no silent stalling. - Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization.   WHAT WE OFFER Innovate with industry leaders Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.
