Attend meetings with ISPs and Hospitality partners, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and agreements. Prepare, format, and distribute clear and concise meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders. Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and responsibilities assigned during meetings. Maintain organized records of meeting notes, decisions, and updates for reference and audit purposes. Assist in coordination between internal teams (Product, Operations, Sales, Technical) and external partners. Support reporting and presentation materials related to meeting outcomes and progress updates. Provide administrative and operational support to the Wholesale / Partnership team as required. Requirements Undergraduate (minimum 5th semester) or Fresh Graduate from Business Administration, Management, Communication, Information Technology, or related fields. Strong written and verbal communication (English & Bahasa Indonesia) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace Good organizational and documentation skills Detail-oriented with ability to prepare structured meeting minutes Strong follow-up and coordination skills Able to work independently and within a team Willing to Work in  Centennial Tower, South Jakarta .
