Description
Product Manager – Hypha
About Hypha
Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle - acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:
- Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders
- Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking
- Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies
Role Overview
We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to help define and scale the future of AI-powered asset management. You will own product direction across our core products - Synthesis (Document Management), Cortex (Intelligence Engine), and Flow (Collaboration & Orchestration) - working at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and user experience.
This is a highly cross-functional role suited for a technical PM who can translate complex data systems, integrations, and AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly products. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to shape products that turn fragmented data and workflows into clear, actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution across core platform initiatives, from discovery through delivery
- Define and prioritize roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact
- Partner closely with engineering to design and ship data-heavy features, including integrations with third-party APIs and platforms
- Lead product thinking around data ingestion, integrations, and observability (e.g. CRMs, workflow tools, analytics platforms)
- Translate complex asset, risk, and operational data into clear, intuitive user experiences - particularly dashboards and forecasting views
- Collaborate with design to ensure consumer-grade UX, including mobile-first experiences where appropriate
- Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems, test solutions, and iterate quickly
- Define success metrics and use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide decision-making
- Help shape how AI is embedded into workflows to proactively surface risks, insights, and recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally on technical or data-driven products
- Experience working with data integrations and APIs (e.g. HubSpot, Zapier, third-party services)
- Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or observability tools (e.g. PostHog, Looker, Omni, infrastructure or dataset providers)
- Strong technical intuition - you don’t need to code, but you’re comfortable discussing architecture, tradeoffs, and system design
- Experience building or contributing to consumer-grade products, including mobile or highly user-centric applications
- Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear product direction
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with evolving requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of product ownership
- Note: Deep finance experience is not required - domain knowledge can be learned on the job.
What Sets You Apart
- You’re excited by products that sit at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and user experience
- You have strong opinions on how complex data should be surfaced in simple, intuitive ways
- You’ve worked on dashboards, forecasting tools, or products that help users assess risk and make decisions
- You think deeply about how AI should augment - not replace - human workflows
- You’re comfortable working closely with engineers on technically complex systems
- You care about polish, clarity, and usability just as much as functionality
- You’re energized by building fou
