• Manage daily production operations and production schedules. • Oversee the hardening process and ensure production quality and efficiency. • Monitor the phosphating process and coordinate workflow between both production stages. • Ensure achievement of production KPIs and deadlines. • Handle production planning and optimize manufacturing processes. • Supervise technicians, operators, and production staff. • Troubleshoot production and machinery issues when needed. • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams. • Ensure implementation of health & safety regulations inside the factory. • Prepare production reports and monitor productivity levels.
