Description
About this role:  As our Skill Progression & Assessment Designer, you'll shape how people understand, measure and grow their skills within the GoodHabitz Learning System. You'll design assessments, quick scans and progression frameworks that show learners where they stand and what to do next — combining educational design, assessment development and data-driven systems thinking to build a scalable measurement foundation.  Please note that this role is part time: 32 hours a week. Requirements Role responsibilities:  Design assessments. Develop skill checks, quick scans and profile measurements that show learners where they stand and what to learn next.  Contribute to educational design. Support blueprints for lessons, learning activities and assessments.  Build progression frameworks. Design reusable frameworks that define what growth looks like across domains and levels, from beginner to expert.  Analyse data. Collect and analyse test data in Python — item analysis, reliability testing, pattern recognition — to keep measurement quality high.  Experiment and scale. Prototype, test with users, iterate quickly, and bring what works into production. This role is for you if you have:  Experience with assessment development, testing, questionnaires or behavioural measurement  Comfortable working independently in Python (pandas, numpy, statistical libraries) to analyse test data  Understanding of psychometric fundamentals — validity, reliability, construct development  Systems thinking — able to design frameworks that scale across subjects and languages  A pragmatic, hands-on approach: testing quickly and iterating based on feedback  Curiosity about learning science and how AI can make measurement smarter and more engaging  A background in learning science, educational measurement, HR analytics or organisational psychology is a plus, as is experience with multilingual or multicultural products    This role is not for you if:  You prefer following an established measurement system over building one — this role starts with designing frameworks from the ground up  You'd rather focus on one discipline — this role blends assessment design, educational design and data analysis  You're not comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team  You prefer polished, finished solutions over prototyping and iterating based on real user feedback  Benefits Who we are:  Welcome to GoodHabitz, one of the fastest-growing international EdTech companies in Europe. Our mission? To make learning as accessible, engaging, and fun as binge-watching your favorite series, scrolling through your feed, or watching your team score a winning goal.  We create unique online training experiences available in 10 countries, all produced in-house at the GoodHabitz Studios. That's exactly where you'll land: a multidisciplinary team of educational designers, writers, graphic designers, video creatives, and creative producers who turn learning science into experiences people actually want to use.    What we offer:  Become part of the leader online training company in the European market, the benchmark in our sector, and help organisations thrive while you grow professionally at a trailblazing company with unstoppable momentum on an exciting growth journey even as others in the industry face challenges.  💰 Competitive salary.  🏖️ Paid time off – 25 days holiday.  🚆 Travel budget.  💻 Flexible work & tools – work in a supportive environment with the comforts you need, plus a laptop.  📈 Growth & development – unlim
