Job Description Sales Supervisor: * Supervise daily sales activities. * Support and guide Sales Executives. * Monitor KPIs. * Develop new business opportunities. * Maintain customer relationships. * Submit sales reports to management. * Ensure achievement of sales targets. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree is a must. * Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services. * Ability to coach and motivate team members. * Experience leading a sales team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. * Target-oriented with a proven sales track record. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Alexandria residents only.
