As an Online Store Expert, you will provide exceptional support to our clients in setting up, managing, and optimizing their e-commerce stores. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping businesses succeed on our platform by guiding them through best practices, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales. Key Responsibilities Guide clients in setting up their Salla online stores, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Provide training and support to clients on using the Salla platform effectively. Assist customers in optimizing their product listings and store layout for maximum visibility and sales. Troubleshoot issues related to store functionality and provide timely resolutions. Monitor client performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to share with clients. Conduct webinars and workshops to educate clients on various features of the Salla platform. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related customer support role. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online store management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently. Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, including SEO and content optimization. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently. Fluency in Arabic and English.
