Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager - Data Analytics - Development Financial Analysis. In this vital role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance our financial analysis processes and deliver exceptional support for our development projects. Your expertise in data analytics will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and decision-making processes in alignment with our vision for the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Lead portfolio performance analysis, monitoring key financial metrics including IRR, ROE, profitability, cash flow, and project performance. Own, maintain, and update business plans, financial models, and forecasts across multiple development projects. Conduct variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making. Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Present business plans, financial analyses, and investment recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees. Identify value creation opportunities and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and annual budgeting. Establish reporting standards, improve reporting processes, drive automation initiatives, and ensure data quality across the portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable business insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Master's degree or a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred. 9–12 years of experience in development finance, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and portfolio reporting. Strong experience in managing business plans, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for large-scale development projects. Expert-level financial modelling skills in Excel, including DCF modelling, waterfall models, and sensitivity analysis. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint for executive reporting and data visualization. Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
