You will set multi-year category and sourcing strategy, be responsible for the equipment budget and savings targets, lead and develop members of the supply chain team, and serve as a senior point of accountability for supply continuity, cost, and trade compliance.  You will collaborate closely with engineering, legal, contract management, project management, project finance, and operations, and partner with Legal on legal terms without serving as legal counsel.    Main Responsibilities:  Strategy, category & vendor management   Help set and execute multi-year procurement and category strategy for key equipment (modules, transformers, inverters, racking, and other major equipment).   Build and maintain long-term strategic supplier relationships that ensure cost competitiveness, quality, and reliability of supply.   Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution to secure optimal commercial terms.   Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and supplier performance metrics/scorecards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.   Commercial & contract management   Structure and negotiate Master Supply Agreements (MSAs) and long-term, portfolio-scale procurement frameworks.   Contribute to domestic content strategy in coordination with project finance/tax and legal to support investment tax credits and secure and maintain compliance certifications.   Responsib
