And some of us don't have a fancy logo on our resume and are here for a shot to prove ourselves.   We’re a small team, growing fast with huge momentum - join early.   As our Senior SRE, you'll be in charge of building cache layers, improve latency & response time, basically to make systems to scale   This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.   📍 Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center   WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT - Improve reliability of our systems - Build & maintain our main infrastructure (Terraform) - Deploy & enhance CI/CD pipeline - Build insights & monitoring pipeline for our systems (OpenTelemetry standard) - Improve security and development experience   WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS - Hardcore work ethic and high agency - Familiar with on-call schedule - At least 5+ years experience in a role exposed to scalability and improvements - At least 3+ years experience with terraform (IaaC) - At least 5+ years of experience with AWS - Backend fundamentals on python - Experience in observability (open telemetry) Nice to have: - Experience on at least one project at scale (1M users> or similar) - Hands-on in backend development and system design - Active github   HOW YOU OPERATE - Pragmatic: you like to move forward and make decisions based in reality (not theory).
