We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our growing team in WPP Production Copenhagen on a permanent basis. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the post-production of high-quality video and multimedia content for world-class campaigns, ensuring that every project meets WPP Production’s standards for creativity, precision, and brand impact. As a Senior Video Editor, you will collaborate closely with producers, creatives, and clients to craft compelling stories, bringing concepts to life with technical expertise and creative flair. You will act as a key point of contact in post-production, ensuring deadlines are met, workflows are smooth, and the final output exceeds client expectations. You will play a critical role in shaping the quality and style of WPP Production Denmark’s work, mentoring mid-level editors, and contributing to best practices across the team, all while enjoying the vibrant office culture and benefits that make WPP Production Denmark a great place to work. Key Responsibilities Post-Production Leadership: Lead editing for a range of projects, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and creative excellence. Collaboration with Creative & Production Teams: Work closely with producers, directors, and creative teams to realize project visions, provide creative input, and solve technical challenges efficiently. Client Engagement: Serve as the post-production point of contact for clients when needed, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on creative direction and deadlines. Mentorship & Team Development: Support and mentor mid-level editors, fostering skill development and a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Technical & Creative Innovation: Stay up to date with post-production trends, tools, and techniques, introducing innovative approaches to enhance the quality and efficiency of content production. Workflow & Quality Assurance: Oversee editing workflows, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet WPP Production’s high-quality standards. Reporting line: This role reports to the Lead Video Editor . Requirements:  8+ years of experience in editing for advertising, branded content, or creative production.
