We are currently pouring our hearts into our debut title, Kitling: Hammer of Witches—a cozy yet spooky co-op adventure game. We are a highly collaborative team of industry professionals, and we’re looking for a passionate, internet-savvy Social Media Intern to help us build, hype, and nurture our community from the ground up. If you live on TikTok, Discord, and X (Twitter), and want to see how an indie game is brought to life, we want to talk to you! 📝 What You’ll Do As our Social Media Intern, you will be the pulse of our online presence. You’ll work closely with the Head of Studio to showcase our development journey, art pipelines, and behind-the-scenes chaos. Your core responsibilities will include:     Content Calendar Management: Help brainstorm, organize, and maintain our weekly and monthly social media content schedules.     Scheduling & Posting: Take ownership of publishing content across our core channels (TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and YouTube Shorts) using scheduling tools.     Copywriting: Draft witty, engaging, and clear captions, updates, and community posts that capture the unique "cozy-spooky" tone of Kitling.     Community Interaction: Monitor comments, engage with players, and help foster an inclusive, excited community of gamers. ✨ Who You Are     Entry-Level & Eager to Learn: You don't need corporate experience, just a passion for social media     Fluent in English: Excellent written English skills are a must, as our community and game target a global audience.     Organized & Reliable: You can manage your own time, stay on top of schedules, and comfortably handle a remote work setup. 🌟 Extra Points If You Have:     A Creative Eye: You love visual storytelling and know what looks good on a feed.     Graphic Design Skills: Basic experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to help create quick templates, memes, or edit screenshots.     Video Editing Basics: A knack for clipping together quick, engaging TikToks or Reels using gameplay footage or dev vlogs. 🎁 What’s In It For You?     Real Startup Experience: You won't just be fetching coffee. You will have actual ownership over our channels and see your work directly impact the game's community growth.     Mentorship: Work alongside experienced industry veterans and get an inside look at game production, incubator milestones, and publisher pitching.     100% Remote & Flexible: Work from wherever you are comfortable, with hours that can easily adapt around your studies or portfolio work.     •        Portfolio Building: The freedom to experiment with creative marketing campaigns that you can proudly showcase in your portfolio for future industry roles.
