THE OPPORTUNITY: At Clari + Salesloft, our Product leaders are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Product teams focused on building market-leading software solutions for our customers.   On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for leading a major functional area or product, including vision & roadmap, competitive positioning and GTM strategy. Specifically, you will: Be a domain expert to build innovative products that help make our customers successful Work closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to build great products  Guide the product vision and roadmap for the domain that you lead Represent Clari+Salesloft as a domain and product expert internally, at customer meetings, corporate events, and online in our customer community In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also lead the charge into the next chapter of this company’s story. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager who can operate in ambiguity but drive clarity & direction for your team.  You’ll work with a passionate and talented team to build out a product that helps revenue leaders, revenue teams & revenue operations be more effective and companies be more successful. At Clari+Salesloft, our success depends on making software that drives measurable impact for the key Jobs To Be Done of our customers & users.  THE SKILL SET: 8+ years of proven software Product Management experience or relevant experience Strong understanding of the fundamentals of product management. You’ve successfully taken products from concept to delivery, including collaboration with Design and Engineering leaders to ship a complete product  Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data to inform product decisions Customer-facing communication skills Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, navigate difficult conversations, and resolve conflict   At Clari + Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive.
