Key Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals. Screen profiles against job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Requirements Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Available to join immediately . Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
