Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Technical Product Manager. This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 36 months. Internal Code: A26259 What will you do? The Housing & Development Board (HDB) is Singapore's public housing authority, responsible for planning and developing quality, affordable homes for Singaporeans. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more of HDB's digital products and platforms. You will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, UX designers, and external vendors to define product vision, prioritise the product roadmap, and ensure that solutions are delivered with quality and purpose. You are someone who is equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with developers and presenting product strategy to senior leadership. Beyond your technical acumen, you bring a collaborative spirit, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared goal. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital products, ensuring alignment with HDB's organisational goals and IT strategy. Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate user needs and business requirements into well-defined product features, epics, and user stories. Prioritise the product backlog effectively, making clear and well-reasoned tradeoff decisions that balance user value, technical feasibility, and business impact. Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, bridging communication gaps and ensuring shared understanding of product goals and delivery timelines.
