Jung von Matt SPORTS  is looking for a Trainee Communications & PR (d/f/m). About You You have a strong interest in communications, PR, media, sports and culture. You are passionate about storytelling, content creation and strategic brand communications. You possess strong organizational and communication skills and work in a structured and reliable way. You are curious, proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic agency environment. You enjoy collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and contributing your own ideas and perspectives. You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You have initial practical experience through internships, university projects or working student positions in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or media. You are familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Very good German skills and good professional English skills are required.   Your Tasks Support the planning and execution of communication and PR activities across sports, media and brand communications. Assist with press and media relations, including press materials, media monitoring and reporting. Support the creation of content for social media, websites, internal communication platforms and campaign-related channels. Contribute to storytelling formats, brand communication measures and creative communication concepts. Assist in the organization and communication of events, activations and corporate projects. Support stakeholder management between brands, agencies and internal teams across the Jung von Matt Group. Gain insights into campaign planning, advertisement, media partnerships and communication strategy. Prepare presentations, research and reports to communicate insights and project results. Participate in interdisciplinary projects and different communication-related rotations within the Jung von Matt Group. Gradually take ownership of smaller projects and communication initiatives independently.   ​ What to expect from the trainee program: A structured 12-month trainee program with dedicated learning and development opportunities. The 12-month programme focuses on Communications & PR, complemented by monthly rotations across different disciplines and agencies within the Jung von Matt Group. Hands-on experience in sports communications, corporate communications, social media and brand storytelling. Exposure to strategic communication projects, media partnerships and campaign development. Opportunities to contribute to internal and external communication projects with increasing responsibility. Potential insight into specialized communication areas such as PR, social, creator communication and corporate storytelling.
