They must have a deep understanding of customer service/fraud prevention principles and the ability to analyze diverse fraud vectors and ensure to adapt to market-specific needs. The candidate should also demonstrate cultural sensitivity, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to receive and act on constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
