About the Role As a Warehouse Supervisor at Talent 360, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. You will work closely with operations and retail teams to support business needs while maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and inventory audits. Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers to ensure product availability across retail locations. Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve operational objectives and maintain high performance standards. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient space utilization. Monitor compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve stock accuracy. Coordinate with operations, procurement, and retail teams to support inventory planning and order fulfillment. Prepare operational reports, inventory summaries, and warehouse performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, and overall operational efficiency. Work Details Company: Talent 360 Employment Type: Full-time Work Model: Hybrid Location: Palm Hills, 6th of October Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Previous experience in the fashion, retail, or FMCG industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management processes. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
