Prior experience in shipping operations or ship management roles within the APAC region. Knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and multinational environments. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
