Programme   Description Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a   10 week   in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture. Job Description Summer Analysts will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due   diligence   and executing investment opportunities. This is an opportunity for   a highly ambitious   and extraordinary candidate who has already developed strong financial, analytical, commercial and research skills through investing, academic work, and professional experience . Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to   participate   in all aspects of projects and be staffed on several assignments at one time. Due to the   relatively small   size of the professional staff, Summer Analysts assume integral roles on deal teams and will have the opportunity to   participate   in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close. Summer Analyst work may include: • Industry and thematic research and competitive analysis • Financial analysis, valuation, and   modelling • Execution of transactions (including meeting and interacting with management teams as part of the due diligence process) • Provide overall support to the investment team Qualifications Blackstone   seeks   to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have   demonstrated   excellence in prior   endeavours .
