• Source and coordinate external resources to match delivery capacity with project demand
• Flag commercial risks early and identify opportunities to grow account revenue
Gen AI & Agentic Thinking
• Integrate AI tools into project management and account workflows to improve planning efficiency, brief analysis, and status reporting
• Apply agentic thinking to complex, multi-stakeholder delivery challenges, breaking competing priorities into clear plans and finding efficient paths through ambiguity

• Hands-on experience with SLA frameworks, tiered briefing processes, and feedback management protocols
• Experience coordinating external delivery partners, media, transcreation, and production suppliers, alongside internal creative teams
• Experience owning account-level budgets: purchase orders, spend reconciliation, and financial reporting to senior stakeholders
• Confidence identifying and communicating commercial risks early
• Working knowledge of AI tools that support planning, reporting, or brief analysis in a project management context
• A structured, adaptable approach to complex problem-solving, able to break multi-stakeholder challenges into clear steps and maintain focus when priorities shift
• Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
