Description
Legal protects 90% of enterprise value. In most organisations, it’s still slow, expensive, and stretched impossibly thin—one lawyer for every 500 employees. Nine out of ten legal tasks go unsupported. Plexus is the Legal Operating System for the modern enterprise. We help in‑house legal teams automate and scale legal work across the business—faster, with less cost, and less risk. We’re trusted by Coca‑Cola, Nike, L’Oréal, PepsiCo, Woolworths, and Asahi. Our clients report 65 % productivity gains. We’re not a law firm. We’re not a traditional software company. We’re building something new—and we’re not done yet. The Role This is a commercially accountable role at the heart of Plexus's growth. You’ll own a portfolio of Australia's most recognisable enterprise clients and the revenue that comes with them. The Account Manager owns the motion of securing renewals that reflect real platform value and driving expansion into new use cases and business units. You’ll report directly to Josh Barker, Head of Account Management, who built this function and is hiring AMs who want to be coached into commercial leaders. What You’ll Do • Own a portfolio of customers end-to-end—renewals, expansion, and executive engagement • Run structured expansion motions to identify and close new use cases inside existing accounts • Build multi‑threaded relationships across every Tier 1 account—economic buyer, day‑to‑day contact, and executive sponsor • Negotiate renewals anchored in value, not price • Spot at‑risk accounts early and act on them before they become a problem • Bring market and customer insight back to the product and commercial teams What You’ll Bring • A commercial track record in AM, CS, or a portfolio‑accountable sales role—2 to 4 years • Direct ownership of revenue outcomes—NRR, renewals, or expansion • Comfort engaging at GC and C‑suite level, with examples to back it • Salesforce discipline as a professional standard, not an admin task • Fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment experience— you worked somewhere that moved quickly and you performed in it Nice to Have • B2B SaaS or professional services background • Experience selling into in‑house legal, operations, or risk functions • Familiarity with a structured expansion methodology AI curiosity • You’ve gone looking for AI tools to do your job better—not because someone told you to, but because you wanted the leverage. Why Plexus We care less about your CV and more about how you work. The people who thrive at Plexus share three things: • You get the job done—fast. You deliver outcomes, not activity. You don’t wait for perfect information or perfect conditions. You figure it out, you ship it, you move on. If you say you’ll do something, it’s done. • You’re always getting better. You actively seek feedback and act on it. You pick up new tools and ways of working without waiting for a training course. You treat AI and technology as something to master, not avoid. Six months in, you should be noticeably better at your job than the day you started. • You own the outcome. You don’t wait for someone to remove blockers—you remove them yourself. You think about what the business needs, not just what your role description says. If something needs doing and you can do it, you do it. #J-18808-Ljbffr
