Detail-oriented and organized, the temporary Accounting Specialist will support accounts payable, employee expense management, and daily accounting operations while working remotely across North America. Key responsibilities • Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and on time • Support the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice coding, approvals, and payment processing • Review and audit employee expense reports for compliance with company policies Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices • Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Oracle, or SAP • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
