Activity Support Worker Contract: Permanent Part Time Hours: 22.5 hours Salary: £29,334 per annum pro rata for Part Time (£17,368) Location: NE London. About Outward. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and passionate activity support worker to join our dedicated team supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and complex support requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to support people to be thriving members of their community with a range of activities As an activity support worker, you will play a key role in empowering the people we support to live independent and fulfilling lives. You’ll provide high-quality care and support, while also taking part in shift leading, planning and delivering activities, and play an active role in ensuring our services are person-centred, well-managed, and aligned with Outward’s core values of engage, enable, and empower.
